CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS.
Registration fees fund venue, catering and production commitments made well in advance, so refunds are tiered by how much notice we receive.
REFUND WINDOWS
The applicable tier is determined by the date your written cancellation reaches us, not the date it was sent or postmarked.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Send a written request from the email address used to register.
- Include your registration reference and the name on the pass.
- State whether you want a refund or a credit toward the next edition.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
- We confirm receipt within two working days and the outcome within ten.
NAME CHANGES AND TRANSFERS
A registration may be transferred to a colleague at no cost up to 48 hours before the opening session, provided the substitute meets the same eligibility criteria. Media accreditation is personal and is re-verified before a transfer is approved.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Some items are committed on your behalf and cannot be refunded.
- Payment gateway and bank transfer charges.
- Sponsorship and exhibition packages once artwork or placement is confirmed.
- Optional add-ons such as workshops, dinners and site visits within 14 days of the date.
- Visa, travel and accommodation costs arranged directly by you.
IF WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE
If the programme is cancelled by us, registrations are refunded in full. If it is postponed, your registration moves automatically to the new dates; if those dates do not work for you, request a full refund within 30 days of the announcement. We are not able to reimburse travel or accommodation booked independently.
DUPLICATE PAYMENTS AND DISPUTES
Duplicate charges are refunded in full as soon as they are verified, regardless of the tier above. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — a bank dispute usually takes longer to resolve than a direct refund.
NEED TO CANCEL OR TRANSFER?
Write to our registration desk with your reference and we will confirm the tier that applies.
